3. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the defective or incorrect item to be picked up from your address.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you at no extra cost.
The replacement will be the same item as the original purchase. We do not offer a different product as a replacement.
